Cancellations

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your original order. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and our return policy will apply.

Domestic orders are currently shipped through USPS. All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer unless a shipping promotion is in effect. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Canada: UPS $45* fee for shipping to Canada.

 Return Policy 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns will not be accepted if a piece of jewelry shows conditions of being worn and must be returned in the original shipped condition.

Clients shipping charges will be deducted from any returns.

All returns must be shipped back to Mikayla J with a tracking number. Any item shipped back without a tracking number, will not be accepted

Once a return is requested, you will receive the Return # and address and details to ship your item back to us. 

Extended Returns : Items bought between November 15th - December 24th can be returned or exchanged up until January 30th as a holiday courtesy.
